FAQ
Common questions.
Do you charge for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial doesn't require a card and won't auto-charge. If you don't pick a plan by day 30, your workspace pauses — your data is safe for 90 more days.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing is 2 months free across every paid plan. Reach out at /contact if you want it set up before checkout.
Can I use Pulse and Site together?
Yes, and they're designed to. Site change orders flow into Pulse invoicing. Pulse jobs show up on Site schedules. One login via Keystone.
What does "platform fee" mean on Pulse?
Pulse processes payments through Stripe. We add a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe's standard processing fees, billed to you — never to your client. It's included in the Professional tier and above.
Do I need Keystone to run Pulse or Site?
No. Pulse and Site each work standalone. You only need Keystone if you're running multiple brands or need consolidated billing + RBAC across them.
Is FortNox actually free?
Yes. Single-user, self-hosted, open source, free forever. We charge for the team relay, signed builds, and support — not for the core product.
